The prices offered on this Site and in our on-site sales or in other platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Gumtree…) may differ because we may choose to offer items at different prices or may run different promotional events at different times. For this reason, prices and promotions (e.g., promotion codes or free shipping) offered on this Site may not always apply in other platforms, and from other platforms prices and promotions (e.g., coupons or additional discounts) may not always apply on this Site, unless otherwise stated.
 

We reserve the right to refuse to process your Order and you have the right to cancel your Order. If we or you have cancelled your Order before it has been accepted, we will promptly refund any payment already made by you to your original payment method. We will not change any Terms applying to an existing Order that has already been accepted by us; the Terms that will apply to any such Order are the Terms that applied at the time you placed the order.

We may in our discretion refuse to accept an Order from you for any reason, including but not limited to:

a. unavailability of stock (in which case we may ask you to re-submit your Order or offer you an alternative product, or stay in waiting list);

b. if we suspect your Order is fraudulent, or suspect credit card or payment-related fraud; or

c. if there has been an error in the imagery, price or product description on the Site,

d. if there has been an error by way of the wrongful inclusion of an item in a particular sale or promotion.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us online. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18. By placing an order online with MPX AUTOS you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age.

Should we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a person under the age of 19, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such a loss or damage from the parents or guardians of the person who placed the order(s) with us.

MPX AUTOS and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible for the products’ descriptions. However, MPX AUTOS does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MPX AUTOS itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Your membership account

To purchase from us online you must establish a free membership account with MPX AUTOS. This account may be established through our website, over the telephone, or visiting us on-site.

We retain sole discretion in relation to, refusal to allow an account to be established, and/or to terminate accounts, and/or remove and edit account details.

You may only have one active account and your account is non-transferable.

You agree to provide accurate information to us at your own discretion. To establish an account with MPX AUTOS we do require an email address, delivery and/or billing address and telephone number. It is your responsibility to keep these details up to date any incorrect information provided may result in a delay in delivery of your order or non-delivery of your order. You are responsible for the safety and security of your account password.

WARRANTY

a. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by MPX AUTOS are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or by MPX AUTOS.

​

Warranty items will be assessed by either MPX AUTOS technical staff or the manufacturer’s technical staff before a claim can be approved.

​

b. Conditions of warranty

• All warranties are a back-to-base repair/replacement warranty unless specifically specified by the manufacturer or MPX AUTOS.

• Proof of purchase must be shown in order to claim a warranty.

• Proof of professional installation and/or removal must be shown in order to claim warranty (professional service of installation and/or removal means a service provided by a registered business of related products). Any DIY installation or non-professional installation service would void the manufacturer warranty or void MPX AUTOS’ warranty unless otherwise accepted by written letter by manufacturer or MPX AUTOS.

• Warranty claims must be within manufacturers or MXP AUTOS given time frame.

• Warranty claims must meet manufacturers or MPX AUTOS warranty conditions.

• All products come with a minimum 12 months warranty.

• Return freight is at the customers' expense.

• Manufacturer’s Warranty or warranty by MPX AUTOS applies in addition to and applies alongside Australian Consumer Law.

 

Installation of Products

Products sold on MPX AUTOS website are sold as-is, installation is the responsibility of the customer or persons purchasing the goods. The costs associated with the installation and/or removal of items during warranty claims are that of the customer. MPX AUTOS is not responsible for any damage that an installation technician may make and/or damages the products may make to the vehicle.

 

Resolving Disputes

If you are not a happy customer then we are not happy too until the problem is completely resolved. We always want to address your concerns without needing a formal dispute. Our staffs and the manufacturer’s staffs are human too and sometimes they do make mistakes and sometimes misunderstandings do happen.

We ask that if you do have a problem, issue, or even just an extra question, please feel free to contact us first (email is good but phone via Hotline 0490008975 is always the fastest way to work together) and we will try our best to find a viable solution for any situation that may arise.

 

Changes To Information

MPX AUTOS may make changes in the products described, and to other content of the website, at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the products and information on our websites are accurate. However, as we are human too, sometimes inaccuracies, typographical errors (aka ‘typos’) or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors as they are identified.
