Please check if your iPhone's firmware is the most updated one. We found that outdated firmware on iPhones could lead to unstable or unable connection for Wireless Carplay.
Also, do Refresh connection to our Bluetooth would help.
If still can not connect, then use a USB cable to try using Carplay for a while before trying Bluetooth connection again.

Our system can support:
- Wired USB connection for any Android phone from the firmware Kit Kat 4.2 up to current firmware.
- Wireless connection for many Android phones with wireless Android Auto capacity.
We tested on all Samsung phones (good), some Google phones, Nokia... If you concern about connection in Android Auto please contact us before any purchase or installation.
