Shipping & Returns

The following information is our Delivery and Returns agreement and outlines how we handle all shipping and returns of product orders placed with MPX AUTOS.

When using or participating in the MPX AUTOS website you are accepting the terms of the following Delivery and Returns Policy.

Quality Control
MPX AUTOS guarantees all products are professionally and carefully checked at our Sydney store for our Quality Control assurance prior to shipping or installation.

Handling Time

All items are carefully packed and sent in their original packaging.

​

Two to five (2-5) working days for items ready to dispatch.

​

If the items are not in stock in Australian warehouse, then it might need up to seven to ten (7-10) working days (not including weekends and long weekends) for items to be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier. Any extra information will be promptly informed to customers by MPX AUTOS team at the time of processing the orders.

Shipping

MPX AUTOS uses Australia Post, Fastway, and Sendle as our primary delivery methods but on occasion we use other methods should this be faster, more affordable, or more convenient for customers.

​

Generally, Express shipping services are available on-demand only (with extra charge) and need to be discussed via phone prior to the order.

Heavy items may incur an extra surcharge and will be indicated in the sale before payment is required.

MPX AUTOS offers free domestic (Australia-wide) shipping for orders over $99.00. This offer is not available for PO Boxes.

​

Delivery Note: You may include any delivery instructions in the notes section during checkout or contact us directly. Please be advised that while we can enter these into delivery instructions, we can not give the guarantee that these actions will be followed as it is the delivery service that completes the delivery.

Tracking Orders

All orders placed at MPX AUTOS will include an order number with a tracking number.

Tracking numbers will be produced for our customers once your order has been shipped and left our warehouse.

Customers will be notified of tracking numbers by email. If you do not see the email, please check your junk & spam folders as this is an automatic process. You also can login to your account on our website to check the tracking details.

Insurance

All items shipped with Signature and Insurance included (unless we state differently).

If you have to use Parcel Lockers or PO Box’s for the delivery address please contact us prior to the purchase to confirm the availability to avoid delays or cancellation of the shipment.

Delivery Times

Shipping times may vary for Rural / Regional areas. Once an order has left our warehouse the responsibility for delivery is upon the carrier service & the customer.

 

Please use the tracking provided to you to redirect or redeliver items as necessary.

If a situation does arise where there may be delays in your order, we will contact you normally via the e-mail or telephone number which you will have provided when placing your order. During the holiday seasons, there can be delivery delays due to a higher volume of postage so please keep that in mind when ordering for special occasions.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Only exclusive items come with a money-back guarantee, these items may be returned after use within 14 days for a money-back or credit as per your request.

 

These items are marked with a money-back guarantee sticker & the item description will indicate the offer. The money-back-guarantee does not cover physical damage to the product. Our Money-back-guarantee requires proof of professional installation and removal.

 

Opened and unused items can be returned for store credit, or a swap for different items in stock.

Returns

Change mind for a refund: Products may be returned for store credit if you change your mind within 14 days of delivery date and if products are brand new in an unopened box condition. The return date must be within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customers. A refund (minus the initial shipping fee) will be issued within 7 days after we receive the products.

Change mind for an exchange: Products may be returned for an exchange if you change your mind within 14 days of delivery date and if products are brand new in an unopened re-sellable box condition. The return date must be within 14 days of the delivery date. 2-ways shipping fee is the responsibility of the customers.

 

Damaged or Faulty items in transit:

1. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery date if it is damaged or faulty on arrival.

 

2. You must return the product as new and without further damage & a copy of the receipt.

 

3. Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or damaged in shipping (for example, we can either issue a return label that requires a drop of the package at the closest Post, or reimburse the return fee after we receive the items back to our store and could verify the damage/faults).

 

4. You will receive a store credit for the amount of the item or a replacement item.

Changes To Policy

If MPX AUTOS makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Delivery and Returns Policy, the changes will be posted in this policy.

We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we advise otherwise.
